We have an electronic Direct Marketing (eDM) email list which provides marketing offers to subscribers. If you elect to subscribe to our eDM, these services will be provided to you to communicate product information, special events and offers. Your queries are important to us, and we will endeavour to respond to you within a reasonable time (being usually no more than 30 days). If we are unable to provide a response within 30 days, we will endeavour to promptly acknowledge your query and let you know an estimated timeframe in which we can respond fully.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to anyone using Coral Sea Maintenance.
All prices on quotes/invoices are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are valid from 1st May 2019

1. These Terms and Conditions form part of the estimate given by Coral Sea Maintenance or the agreement when booking a job with Coral Sea Maintenance.
2. The Client will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by proceeding to obtain an estimate for the requested services or booking a job.
3. All prices estimated for the Works are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the estimate. Coral Sea Maintenance may, at its sole discretion, review the estimated price if it is accepted after 30 days from the date of the estimate.
4. Works covered by the estimate are limited to those expressly detailed in the quote.
5. Coral Sea Maintenance is entitled to vary the estimated price to take into account:

A) Any associated services required to successfully complete the Works not expressly stated in the Details of Work section
B) Any additional services requested or required by the Client after the commencement of the Works, which were not part of the Works specified in the original estimate.
C) Any increase in the cost of the materials required for the Works.
D) Any price variation from a third party engaged to complete the job.
E) Coral Sea Maintenance does not provide a guarantee on any materials associated with the job; the guarantee is on labour only.
F) If the tradesman informs the customer the materials are not of sufficient quality and the customer wishes to go ahead with the job regardless the guarantee is then void.
G) Coral Sea Maintenance reserves the right to require the payment of a 60% deposit prior to commencing the Works, and may also require progress payments to be made upon partial completion of the Works.

7. Coral Sea Maintenance will endeavour to schedule all Works for commencement and completion as soon as possible after acceptance of the estimate or acceptance of booking a job. However, this may be dependent on the availability of materials, public holidays and weather conditions.
8. Coral Sea Maintenance will exercise all reasonable care, skill and diligence in undertaking the Works, will ensure the Works are of sufficient quality and will undertake the Works within a reasonable time of the Client’s acceptance of the estimate. The Client only has a right to a remedy from Coral Sea Maintenance in relation to the Works when the Works undertaken by Coral Sea Maintenance do not meet the consumer guarantees described in the Australian Consumer Law with respect to the supply of services.
9. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Coral Sea Maintenance in contract, tort or otherwise which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the supply of the Works or any act, failure or omission of Coral Sea Maintenance pursuant to this Agreement is limited to the amount payable by the Client under this Agreement.
10. Cancellation of any accepted estimate may incur a fee to cover any costs actually incurred by Coral Sea Maintenance in commencing the Works (including the purchase of any materials).
11. All materials utilised for any Works remains the property of Coral Sea Maintenance until the Client has made full payment of the account for the completed work.
12. Time to source and purchase materials (if required) and time on location to complete tasks is chargeable.
13. All accounts are to be paid within 7 days of receipt.
Your agreement with Coral Sea Maintenance is subject to the laws of Queensland, Australia If any of these terms is unreasonable or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, it shall be severed and the remaining terms will not be affected in any way.
